As an industrial investment and operation management platform company that collaborates with Chengdu High tech Zone and Dayi County, the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Chengdu High tech Zone have upgraded Xingyi Company to a second level enterprise directly supervised by state-owned assets, undertaking diversified functions such as park investment and financing, industrial attraction, and development and operation management.

Xingyi Company follows the management and operation mechanism of "small command center+large professional company", taking industry as the starting point, and importing 260 million yuan of funds through the purchase of operational land to establish an industry guidance fund, promoting the development of new quality productivity in the cooperation zone according to local conditions. In terms of industry, we will promote the signing of projects such as Jiaqing Aircraft Engine, China Japan Low Carbon Science and Technology Innovation Center, and Lingzhong Energy; In terms of culture and tourism, we will collaborate with Sichuan Film and Television Academy and Chengdu Radio, Film and Television Group to promote the deep integration of the "film and television+industry, culture+technology" industries, and create script incubation, "micro drama+" creation, digital film and television cultural and creative bases, and "Southwest Digital Film and Television Property Trading Platform" to empower the digital cultural and creative industries in Chengdu High tech Zone and Dayi County; In terms of agriculture, relying on the Daoxiang Yuge Modern Agricultural Industrial Park and leveraging resources such as the Provincial Rural Development Group, we will promote the deep integration of "high-tech resources" and "Dayi elements", fully utilize the foundation of Dayi's digital rural construction, and expand the application scenarios of smart agriculture.
